- To answer your enquiry — your consent, and thereafter our legitimate interest in providing you with relevant service.
- To carry out an engagement — performance of a contract with you.
- To meet legal obligations — including accounting and anti-money-laundering rules.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Data linked to a completed engagement is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Only those in our business who need it, plus the providers we use for email and web hosting. In a purchase, data may need to be shared with a lawyer, gestoría, notary and bank — always after we have told you.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, object to the processing and withdraw your consent. Write to hej@stellarestates.se. You may also complain to the supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
